VixioTV is a video player for your own IPTV subscription. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it's protected.
1. No account required
VixioTV does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. There is no registration or login.
2. Data stored on device
The following is stored only on your device and never sent to our servers:
• Xtream Codes or M3U playlist credentials
• Your favorites and watch history
• Language, theme and player preferences
3. Anonymous diagnostic data
To ensure app stability we use Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics. Collected data is anonymous — crash reports, performance metrics and general usage statistics. It is not linked to any personal identifier.
For push notifications, Firebase Messaging (FCM) tokens are used. These tokens are device-scoped and only used for notification delivery.
4. Third-party content
Any movie, series or live TV content played inside the app comes from a third-party service provider of your choice. Provision of that content and its privacy practices are the responsibility of the provider.
TMDB (The Movie Database) API is used for movie and series metadata (synopsis, posters, cast).
5. Advertising and tracking
The app does not show ads. It does not share data with ad networks. It does not perform tracking subject to Apple's ATT framework.
6. Children
The app is rated 17+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Your rights
You can delete data stored on your device at any time from app settings or by uninstalling the app.
