Getting Started

What is VixioTV?

VixioTV is a modern video player for your own IPTV subscription. The app does not provide any content — you enter Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U URL from your service provider to watch your own content. It follows the same model as VLC and other media players.

How do I set it up?

  1. 1Open the app and pass the onboarding screens by tapping "Get Started".
  2. 2On the sign-in screen you'll see two tabs: Xtream Codes and M3U URL.
  3. 3Enter the credentials your service provider gave you in the corresponding tab.
  4. 4Tap Load. The playlist will load within a few seconds.
  5. 5Your channels, movies and series will appear on the home screen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I get my Xtream Codes credentials?

Your IPTV service provider should give you three pieces of info when you subscribe: server URL, username, and password. VixioTV does not know or sell these credentials.

VixioTV does not sell IPTV subscriptions and is not affiliated with any service provider.

Channels won't load / I see a blank screen

Make sure your internet connection is active.

Double-check the Xtream / M3U credentials you entered for typos.

Verify with your provider that your subscription is still active.

If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.

Video stutters / won't play in high quality

4K streams need at least 25 Mbps; HD needs 5–10 Mbps.

Prefer a wired connection or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.

If the issue persists, contact your provider — stream quality depends on their servers.

How do I change the subtitle or audio language?

Tap the screen in the video player. Subtitle and Audio track buttons appear at the bottom.

Available options come from the stream itself — some channels offer multiple languages, others don't.

How does resume watching work?

When watching a movie or episode, your position is saved automatically on the device. The next time you open the same content you'll be asked whether to resume.

If auto-next-episode is enabled, the next episode will play automatically — toggle it from the top bar of the player screen.

How do I use Picture-in-Picture?

Tap the PIP button in the video player. The video moves to a small floating window and keeps playing while you use other apps.

Uses iOS's native PIP — make sure PIP is enabled in your iOS settings.

How do I change the theme or language?

Tap the Settings button in the top right of the home screen.

Under Appearance you can choose from 8 color palettes and light/dark themes.

Under Language you can switch the interface between English and Turkish.

Where are my favorites and watch history stored?

All favorites, watch history and settings are stored only on your device. VixioTV has no servers.

Does VixioTV sell IPTV?

No. VixioTV is only a video player — it does not sell subscriptions, provide content, or recommend any provider.

Choosing a legal IPTV service is your responsibility.

The app crashes or I see an unexpected error

Close the app and reopen it, restart your device, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.

If the issue persists, email me with your device model, iOS version, app version and how you experienced the problem.

I want to delete my data

All data is stored on your device — uninstalling the app is enough.

You can also clear favorites and history manually from Settings. No server-side account deletion is required.
